Depositing checks

You’re eligible to deposit checks into your Found account once you meet both of these requirements:

  1. You’ve received at least $400 in deposits to your Found account (regardless of your current Found account balance)
  2. At least 30 days have passed since your first deposit to your Found account has cleared

Once you qualify for check deposits, you can deposit checks with a value of up to $3,000 per day. To do so, you can take these steps:

  • On your “Balance” tab, open the “Add money” menu
  • Click “Check deposit
  • Take a picture of both the front and back of your check, and enter the check details
  • Click “Complete deposit

The funds from your deposited checks will generally be available after 5 business days. You can check on the status of your deposit any time by clicking into the deposit record under “View all activity.”
