I'm having trouble verifying my phone number

During the signup process for Found, you may be asked to verify your phone number by sending yourself a verification code. The pro

cess should take just a minute, and you can do so by taking these steps:

  1. Open your Found app, and you should see a screen that says Verify your phone number.

  2. Click Send code to text yourself a verification code. If you do not have a phone that receives text messages, you can click Call Me to receive a phone call with your verification code.

  3. Once you receive that code, enter it into the app under Verification code.

  4. Click Submit.

Once you do so, the app will automatically verify your number for you, and you’ll be able to get started with using your Found app.

If you need to change the phone number that’s listed on your Found account, you can click the Change phone number button on the verification code screen.
