I'm having trouble verifying my phone number

During the signup process for Found, you might be asked to verify your phone number by sending yourself a verification code. The process should take just a minute, and you can do so by taking these steps:

  1. Open your Found app, and you should see a screen that says “Verify your phone number
  2. Click “Send code” to text yourself a verification code
  3. Once you receive that code, enter it into the app under “Verification code”
  4. Click “Submit

Once you do so, the app will automatically verify your number for you, and you’ll be able to get started with using your Found app.

If you need to change the phone number that’s listed on your Found account, you can click the “Change phone number” button on the “Verification code” screen.
