My card was stolen, lost, or damaged

Don’t worry, you can request a free replacement card directly through your Found app!

Here’s how:

  1. On your "Balance" tab, click on the debit card icon in the middle of your screen
  2. Click "Request replacement card"
  3. Click "My card was lost or stolen" if you no longer have access to your card, and “My card was damaged” if you still have your card but are unable to use it.

Selecting “My card was damaged” will cause a new Found card (with the same card details) to be shipped to you. If you select "My card was lost or stolen,” your old card details will be automatically disabled. Your new card details will be available immediately within your Found app so that you can continue to make online purchases with your Found account.

New physical cards typically arrive within 7-10 business days. If you don’t receive yours within that time window, contact us at help@found.app!
