How do I give my accountant access to my Found account?

With Found’s accountant access, you can give your accountant or bookkeeper direct access to your Found account to streamline your workflow. They can view and edit your activity feed, download business reports, and access your Schedule C forms. To invite your accountant to access your Found account, follow these steps:

  1. In Found, tap your user icon and choose Accountant access from the menu.

  2. Enter your accountant’s name and email address, then tap “Send invite.”

  3. Your accountant will receive an invite email with a link to create a secure login. Once they create their login, they will have limited access to your account.

Please note that you are responsible for your accountant’s usage of your Found account. You can revoke access at any time from the Accountant access page by tapping their name and confirming that you’d like to remove their ability to access your account. Accountants have limited access and are unable to send or move money from your Found account.
