How do I update the business name on my account?

Found users are able to accept deposits in their name or the name of their business, which is typically set when during the account creation process. If you didn't add your business name when creating your Found account, you can add it by following these steps:

  • Select the icon at the top left corner in- app, followed by clicking “Account”

  • Next, tap “Business name” and update accordingly.

If you need to adjust your business name, please contact our Customer Experience team to request that change. To contact our team, click the Help button in the bottom-right corner of this page.
