Can I send or receive Zelle payments with Found?

Can I send or receive Zelle payments with Found?

Found does not currently partner with Zelle to send or receive payments through their system, but you are able to send and receive payments easily from your Found account.

To send a payment, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Send Money button on the Banking page.

  2. Paying another person? Choose the Pay a person or business option. If you’re paying a contractor for work done for your business, choose Pay a contractor to ensure that you’re tracking payments for tax purposes.

  3. Enter the payment amount, choose a contact, and add an optional note describing what you’re sending the payment for.

Found will send the payment link to your contact as an email or SMS. They will be able to receive that payment through a variety of different ways, including instant transfer to a debit card, bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.

To receive a payment, you can send an invoice requesting payment through bank transfer or methods offered by Stripe (including card payments, direct debit, and Cash App Pay). You may also receive in-person card payments directly from your Found app.

Need to send or receive funds quickly? Transfers between Found accounts are free and immediate! The recipient of the payment or invoice will be able to sign up for a Found account directly from their link.
